FAO Financebod - delia and her assets

now I heard recently that this money that delias pumped into the club over the years is not actually being pumped into the club at all, it has been used to buy assets such as kitchen equipment, setting up the restaurant etc

apparently this means that the assets are hers and not the clubs as she bought them herself, not giving the money to the club for the club to buy the assets. So in effect when she leaves the club she could in fact sell her assets/take them with her.

could you shed any light on this
