A "proper and thorough selection process" is......

....what the Club's directors are claiming to be operating at the moment. Absolute balls!! Norfolk's MP's have got it right (see today's EDP). The Club is currently offering a "sense of drift and inertia" and I too am beginning to feel that the time has come for mass resignations from the Board and senior hierarchy.
You don't waste time interviewing applicants who are not remotely suitable, or on the other hand perhaps you do if you wouldn't know a decent manager when he is staring you in the face!
This lot got it wrong with their last appointment following the same proper and thorough selection process, and they are probably going to repeat the exercise.
They have had two weeks to make a decision and we know for a fact that their interview days accommodate five applicants at a time.
For God's sake get Paul Jewell or David O' Leary. If not, then at least tell us they are not available and put us all out of our misery!
