The process of appointing a manager

seems to me to be another thing this Board are cocking up. If MWJ says it's not going to be announced till after the West Brom game that will be nearly three weeks!

Unless we are indeed waiting for a big name (knowing us we'll wait till he becomes available and then he'll say 'No' anyway!) I can't help feeling that we are leaving Duffy to fiddle while Rome burns!!

Are they so afraid to mess up again (even though, according to MWJ, Grant was undoubtedly the right man - what twaddle!) that they can't decide what/who they want?

Heaven forbid that they are seriously thinking about Peter Reid, George Graham, John Gregory or any of the other yesterday men whose names have been linked. I am just really surprised they haven't had the gumption to identify somebody they really want (Allen, Penney, Tilson) and offer them the bloody job so they can get on and start trying to save us from relegation.

Lose tomorrow, at Turf Moor on Tuesday and then at The Hawthorns (which incidentally i think we will) and we are three more games down the line to League One!!

I didn't want a rush appointment but giving Duffy three games is ridiculous!!
