The terms of the Asbo prevent him from urinating in public?

Shame he can't walk down the middle of the road anymore.

Some of these asbo orders sound like those wierd laws people dig up from the 1600's (e.g you can kill a scotsman in Lowestoft when its a full moon and you have a pig with you called Dennis etc)
