Thing is, Duff Jimmy IS experienced

And talks a whole lot of sense too. But he's also Mr Relegation. I agree about the passion thing: what we want to see as a bare minimum is the manager making the best of a bad job. But what worries me is I sense certain players just don't buy into it: they don't believe in Grant, and if anything, are as waylaid by the general sense of decay and decline as the supporters are.

Up to Grant to sort it out, somehow. I have serious doubts, of course I do - but the first year in a three year plan is ALWAYS the hardest bit, especially if you've lost players of quality and have just run out of the parcahute payments which were enabling you to keep your heads above water. It'll be tough, but we need to stick with it: I believe Levein would have turned Leicester round if he'd been given a proper chance, and Grant deserves the same.
