During pre season, and hearing what Grant was saying

and seeing how he was acting, I thought the very least we could expect would be to see pride and passion returning. This doesn't seem to have happened.

Getting rid of Grant is not the answer, not yet anyway. I think we need an experienced coach and I think that we need to see improvement.

One thing that is very clear is that we are not creating anything. Options, Croft or Chadwick (whilst fozzy and jimmy smith are out anyway).
