At the least we need to fill that vacancy in the coaching staff with somebody who has been around a while.

We've crossed our fingers and hoped before and ended up squandering our 2 best chances of getting back up.

I've never been a knee jerk sack the manager fan, but the board need to be looking long and hard at the team situation, and more importantly the manner of our 3 red cards in 2 games.
That is NOT the sign of a team who is confident and believing in themselves and their manager.
