The one that got away..

I went to the Emirates Stadium yesterday and the best player , arguably on the pitch and definately on Derby's side was Stephen Pearson. He ran his socks off, was strong in the challenge, used the ball well and would walk into most premiership teams on that performance, and we didn't manage to persuade him to join us ahead of Derby.

I think that says a great deal about our club over the last couple of years.
