In all honesty

I disagree with you. The problems began a long while before Grant was appointed, and because of Doncaster's financial ineptitude, Grant has had to try and mend a totally broken football team without sufficient wherewithall. That would be a hell of a trick to pull off, and it looks like he hasn't done it...yet?
