Was always insistent that Grant needed a chance to gel his team, but I feel much of the problems are more about his personality than his knowledge of football.

This "name and shame" policy he likes to do with the press, I don't like it. It's as if he's trying to play on-side with the fans, but what's more important is that he has a unity in the dressing room.

Bad mouthing them in public can't be good for morale and trust. I believe the current shambles is a product of people being told to shut up and do what they're told, rather than to go out there, enjoy it, and express themselves.
