Good points, I think.

But I think Grant has rescued the youth team from the state it was in under Worthington and maybe sees it as a long term project, rather than one that can be resolved immediately. The loaning out of youth and reserve players is part of this plan, though I would like to see them filling in the positions that are troubled with injury as they are more than capable, even if inexperienced.
