Instead of which New bloody Labour..........

set a target for as many people to go to university as possible, as a result of which many more do, most of them studying for totally useless degrees, contributing nothing to the economy before during or after uni cos they can't get a job with their useless degree, the system can't cope and doesn't have enough money to cope with all these extra students studying for useless degrees as a result of which everyone has to pay tuition fees and meanwhile, you can't find a decent plumber, electrician or joiner anywhere.
