See, thing is that EVERY team's confidence, cockiness and ambition becomes arrogance in our eyes the moment that the team BECOMES one of the elite.

In that case, you can never want an elite team to win anything.

Think back - Arsenal with Wenger, Blackburn in the 90s, Leeds a few years ago, Liverpool, Everton in the 80s, etc.

ALL those teams have been hated. There have been no other elite teams in recent years.
