There's a restraunt near me however, where I do have to order "medium", 'cos the Chef is one of those that uses an internal conversion table:

Customer orders "blue", customer gets "blue"
Customer orders "rare", customer gets "blue"
Customer orders "medium", customer gets "rare"
Customer orders "well done", customer gets asked to consider ordering the chicken instead, it's very good tonight, I can highly recommend it.
