True but the real key is the role of the manager in bringing them on at hte right time. Christian Ronaldo had all the potential to die on his arse if he'd have left Man Utd but Furgusons management has been simply brilliant. Ronaldo has talent in bucketloads and I'm convinced that if he had have gone he would not be anywhere near the player he is today.
