Remember DO NOT go fast down that big downhill at the start, there's an underpass on the Isle of Dogs where you see everyone who did acting like they're casualties in a war zone.

Don't waste unneccessary energy waving at the crowd/high-fiving people on the way round.

Have a wonderful, wonderful time - this old body doesn't have any maras left in it but I envy you, London is my favourite one.
