I didn't go / watch last night, but v Oxford I found myself thinking we needed one of the

midfield 3 to grab the game by the horns and basically say "give me the ball, I am going to dictate this game".

My understanding of Wright was that he would sit in the middle of the 3, around the centre circle, not run around much but always be available and wanting the ball and spraying passes around. Perhaps that's the long term plan for him.
