If it does cause the return of rushed aimless clearances that’s not to anyone’s benefit

Why not have a rule that no player can touch the ball more than twice? (Each time they get it, not over the whole match) That would up the tempo a bit.

It’s all a load of s**t really, isn’t it? Just like everything else.
