I've not seen him that often 'in the flesh'

but every time I thought there's been demonstration of potential and each time he plays there's progress. He's impressed two managers so far, so perhaps they're seeing the same.

I guess we can choose to be optimistic after that performance, or suggest that it may have been a one-off and we should rescind that extension immediately. I'm in the former camp.
