My prediction would be:

Considerable fine. They'll appeal. Might be reduced but if not they won't care. They'll just go to their Money Tree and pay it.

Points deduction - say 8 points - reduced on appeal to 4 or 0. They win the league anyway, or Arsenal / Liverpool win it by a point but will forever have an asterisk on the title.
