Of sport. Picking up on formations/press/tactics etc. it’s my job. It’s not football but it’s very similar in terms of modern football. If I can sit here or others can, and pick holes in our tactics, understand that actually the tactics are ok but the players aren’t. Then why can the club not see that? We’ve had all summer to decide how to start this season. If Hanley and Duffy and McLean are not right for the tactics we want to enforce, the. What’s the point in playing them? Use the youth. Get loans in. Sign someone. Lots of options. Better to use the youth and improve them to a higher value for selling on in our model. Than just continuing with the status quo.
