yes same here, stretching helps a lot

in my experience, i used to grab hold of the top of a door with both hands and gradually lower until i could take my weight with my arms and raise my legs behind me and keep the stretch constant. the key is gradual at first maybe work up to supporting your own weight with your arms over a few days. anyway, that worked for me when f**k all else did. not wanting to textbooks it but have been trouble free for about 20 years now.
