Yep. Long time intermittent sufferer.

The best advice I can give you is you need to keep moving, impossible though that might seem. Look up some stretches on YouTube and do those to the best of your ability. It will loosen up and go away on its own regardless, but stretching can reduce how painful it is until it does and can speed the process up. When it goes away, keep stretching every day. Consider taking up yoga.
