I look at the season as a whole & playoffs is a decent outcome

for a first full season.
I'm not adverse to him staying whatever the outcome
Without knowing who the potential replacement would be I'd be reluctant to call for his removal.
Part of me does think though he should go purely because their is I reckon a contingent who are never going to accept him and are waiting for the first opportunity to jump on his back. That can be massively destabilising for the club as a whole.

That would be the one reason I would consider getting rid which would be a hugely unfair reason on him to bin him off
