Again... WHY would any club increase capacity if......

they cant fill the current ground.
No club would do that so its no surprise that those that do see an increase......are those that need an increase in capacity.
You cant just invent a fan base.
This isn't Field of Dreams with Kevin Cosner.

Ground expansion would also cost probably 30-40M and loss of revenue while it takes place.
Throw in the loan interest and it would be a mill stone around the clubs neck.
