You seem to have missed my point.

If we increase our capacity our average crowds would increase long term. As they have for all clubs that have increased their capacity, perhaps Darlington aside.

The obsession with maintaining our aging and often dormant ST base is not one I share anyway. Would rather a bigger capacity to allow room for young fans and young families to come to any game they wish.
