He talks about inflated figures now, but you only get to "third biggest spend in Europe" which he did crow about if you use those inflated figures.

He can't have it both ways.

Also, if the press are inflating figures is that only happening for Norwich? Norwich didn't spend the report 10 million for Sara but the 20 million reported for the Hull lad is definitely correct.
