Seems Skipp has been given shirt number 4 by Spurs this season....

Given he missed much of last season injured it shows how much they think of him, including Conte who really can't have seen him play much.

In retrospect it is obvious now to realise we never had a chance of keeping him either on loan or permanently despite the clamour on here (and elsewhere) 12 months ago. However, it equally shows that our failure to recruit a competent - or even part competent - replacement last Summer was a massive failure. Not sure we've solved it yet either....
