The beautiful thing about footir

Is that even without changes at the club at all - ownership, finance etc - there is nothing to suggest our next Prem outing will be as dire as the one just experienced. There literally are no easy answers, but equally there are no truisms either. There are many examples at other clubs of how having stacks of cash made things worse, and where having (comparatively) little cash didn’t prevent a banger of a season or even a string of such seasons. Those who want a billionaire and a guarantee (which it wouldn’t be) of permanent or semi-permanent Prem status are, IMHO, entirely missing the point of what football is about and what it means to be a fan.
