So what is lacking?

Its often talked about by Weber about getting the right Character in the club....
Maybe this is the part that is lacking.

Do we have any players who are genuine leaders who have the will and guile to "win at all costs"
Players who don't mind doing dirty things to break up the game and niggle/bully their opponents.
Do we have arrogant players who actually believe they are too good for Norwich city....
Some may see that as a negative but a player like Emi clearly believed that and played with a freedom because they were totally convinced they were better than the opposition and destined for better things.

Maybe this edge to our game is something we are missing?
Maybe Dean Smith will recruit a few players next season with a different attitude we are not used to seeing?
