You could start with checking the conditions on their licence

Which likely would have something about mitigating the impacts on neighbours.

The planning permission for the extension would likely have had sound proofing conditions too.

I would try to sort something out amicably (moving the music out the back? More soundproofing?) and also have a lot of sympathy for any hospitality business during lockdown.

Failing that the council could investigate for noose nuisance and even if it isn't that if enough people complain then the licence could get revoked/changed/not extended.

I don't think there is a need to get a lawyer at this stage but you might want to check if your neighbours are also being affected by it.
