Interesting dont know if its a covid lockdown thing or age but

I am much more aware of my drinking now. Have a few days a week with no drink sometimes a whole week or two now. Before when work pressure was on i had a drink most nights and its was not going in the right direction. Now i have stopped i feel much happier and oddly not sure why as things are not better i just seem to be able to float through now without the drink. Also the low alchol beers in pubs have helped and i now never drink if i am driving previously i felt i should have a pint and a half. So all in all its been positive. perhaps it takes a big event to give you time to reflect and ask yourself why am i doing this?
