Both need a holding midfielder next to them

Kenny was excellent when he had Skipp alongside him. Kenny is a box to box midfielder and so is PLM. Neither are great at the defensive side of the game. It's why it's concerning Smith hasn't played with a defensive midfielder the last 3 games and we're leaking goals all over the place. Even though Sorensen is not near Normanns levels he would give us a screener in front of the back two and allow Kenny/PLM to push on more.
