I have always gained muscle and lost fat previously so it works for me. I understand the concerns about it but there are positives too, admittedly many don't effect me as I'm healthy! After the initial few days of 'keto flu' I feel more satiated and generally feel energised. I Iove bread and pasta too much to give it up permanently.
