Is to find a line of stationary traffic in Chelsea or Kensington and then cycle along it looking for someone doing a Bad Thing

Which is kind of like being the class sneak in my book. It’s not like he’s catching people doing something seriously dangerous. Plus his self righteousness is off the scale
