It's a massive move for him as well with his credibility on the line to a great extent. If he wants to manage at top level again then he has to make a success of his next appointment wherever that may be.
Obviously 'success' is tricky to define, but it certainly does not include an embarrassing relegation ( though it may include going down with all guns blazing). For him to come here he has got to be aware he has to achieve some level of success otherwise he possibly won't manage again. So yes, he comes with a showbiz aura but I don't think anyone should doubt his commitment to the job should he be appointed. He has to make it work....
That said I really don't like the idea of us being known as "FL's Norwich" for the next couple of years or so.
