would you want him, based purely on what he achieved as a manager?

Not meaning this argumentatively - maybe I’m missing something. Just genuinely don’t get it.

* Being The Frank Lampard was plainly why he got the Chelsea job - he wouldn’t have got it just just for taking a team to the Championship play-offs once.
