He used their young players well. They played good football and moved away from the defensive Mourinho pattern.

Derby he got to the playoffs based around Mount as an 18 year old and a couple of others who haven’t really kicked on since then. Derby’s collapse since then is pretty clear.

Not wanting to be a Lampard enthusiast, it’s just I don’t get the negative side.
