more realistic i guess - ramble of thoughts follows.

Pukki - last time we were too reliant on him. This time we have more options or at least some options. Idah and new signings could do it.

Lots of young players last time Godfrey, Max, Todd all got better but it was a season too early for them but we still have two of them with more experience than last time.

Emi is better now than last time so we have to hope that the new signings are much better (they are on paper) than Emi was that seaason.

Hernandez, Stepi, Drimic(bad signing),Trybull, Leitner not good enough

Bad DM signing, along with loads of injuries in the defence plus Tettey being good but just a bit old. Zimbo looked ok till that horrible west ham tackle, Klose - mr Injury, Hanley out, Byram looked good till injury.

Then Krul was injured as well and we had the tall one as back up.

So Gunn is a step up, Rupp, Mcclean, Max, Todd all a bit better/experienced. So i think the goalkeeping, strikers and midfield are all better, Andrew O is the new Godfrey, Gibson better than Klose and Dimi better than Jamal. So defence is better IMHO but we need another.

There is no Tettey - so its a big hole.

So i think games will be a bit tighter we will score more than last time but last time we got spanked so it cannot be worse. Fingers crossed we get a DM and a CB and 2 of the new signings step up. The last 4 signings look very positive so hopefully 2 of them step up.
