Doesn't seem to matter who they choose

I think we've got the batting talent - I've felt for some time the issues seem to lie in a combo of preparation and man management.

Arguably there's issues with the interface between the international coaching and at county level too (should be complementary - but there really doesn't seem to be that vibe).
