Shame..my membership account disappeared along with my sons.

Emailed for help, told to phone. Phoned, they couldn’t find my details so told to email as supervisors with more access to the system would sort it out. Emailed and a week later no response.
This, I fear, is an example of what they mean by “the new norm”
Work is an annoying distraction when working from home for some.
