It's the end of the world as we know it, well, ticket office...

Norwich City can confirm that the club’s Carrow Road ticket office will not reopen for in-person transactions, after successfully operating remotely throughout the course of the pandemic.

The club’s ticket office and supporter services staff will remain available to contact online and over the phone for any queries or questions any supporters may have.

On home matchdays the Carrow Road ticket office will continue to open for in-person queries, purchases and ticket collections from 9am through to kick off, at which point it will close.

Alternatively, the club’s Fan Hub store in Norwich city centre will remain open for in-person ticketing queries and transactions throughout the week and weekends. The Fan Hub opens between 9.30am and 4.30pm (Monday through to Saturday) and 10.30am to 4.30pm (Sunday only).

Carrow Road and the club’s Fan Hub store are now cashless, meaning only card payments are accepted.
