In my opinion I wouldn’t touch Slater and Gordon with a barge pole they are typical lawyer

class action specialists who jump on every bandwagon going and aim for out of court settlements in order to maximise their income. You will get 50p they get 50p x millions of “victims” none of whom gave a flying pigs whistle about the emissions level from their pollution generating diesel when they bought it (probably as much care as for the literally poor cow that was used for their leather seats).

Personally I’ve never been encouraged by the other sheisters that are car salesmen to “look at the emissions level on that” and I doubt if anyone would ever say that it was the main reason for buying the vehicle so hopefully S&G will lose out on this one if a manufacturer has the balls to say OK let’s take it to court.

N.B. As I lead off with this being my opinion it doesn’t count for anything, my opinion is worthless!
