Thats a crap situation, but...

Our nation has done the 5th most testing, with the top 4 being much larger nations than our own.

There's so much nation/government loathing going that, but its without the perspective of whats happening in the rest of the world.

If our testing capability is crap, well then my god the vast majority of the nations must be non existent.

People call the government incompetent, but ignore that furlough is a world class scheme, hospitals were built quickly, we got the ventilators quickly, testing went from from 0 to 100k incredibly quickly, PPE was a global issue that we did solve etc etc. It's like people purposely ignore anything that was handled well.

Note that I'm not the governments fan. There have been big big failures, especially when it comes to care homes. But sectors of society are getting to a point where everything the government does is bad and it will only back fire (the boy who cried wolf comes to mine)
