Another Covidian (+ve) spin off is

for me anyway is a huge rise in numbers of people of all ages appear to have taken to recreational paddling. Canoeist, kayakers and loads of standup paddle boarders. I can't but help get a little mood lift every time I see a car pass me by with a boat on top thinking about them and that wonderful feeling of anticipation you get en route to getting back on the water. There's probably a word in German for it that ends in eist or keit. Anyway I cant really describe it adequately in words but its a nice head place to be. You know that feeling of anticipation you get walking down to a game but the shadowy feeling of dread that goes with it? Well take out the dread.
