Difficult one with Farke as he has been excellent before, but it's going to take a major effort from both manager and retained players to be able to get this season (and any damage it has to relationships/confidence) out of the system.
I can't think of many environments I've been in where a senior leadership team has remained in place, with largely the same project team, after a major failure and gone on to turn things around. Normally too much loss of trust from both sides.
Might depend on whether we really did treat relegation as pre-ordained and just part of a long term plan, or whether players (or manager) will be thinking the other(s) buggered up our chances of survival.
