Tbf our Academy hadn't produced much for a number of years

I think most fans accepted it hadn't been supplying the first team with players as it should have been and an investment / overhaul was needed.

Webber's only been here a very short space of time and we shouldn't expect the benefits from the new set up any time soon, I don't think
