Social media is often a playing-out of the dark bits of ourselves. It feels like a place where that force can run wild - we feel that we don't have to moderate ourselves on here.

That's the source of so much of the problem I feel.

I agree with you - I am hugely disappointed by nearly everything that has happened since the restart. We simply haven't turned up. It's "not good enough" compared with what we know we are capable of. But that's about it. We didn't do it.

What do you think about the argument "If we had just signed another 3-4 players for a few million we'd've been OK"? For me that's yet another "if me gran had balls she'd be me grandad" one...
