Agree with the Mcnally comments below..

Did a fantastic job overall for us. I would love to hear an interview with him on his time at the club. Love what Webber is doing too. Think the manager appointments let Mcnally down in the end, although whether he was responsible for them is another matter.

Not sure some of the younger players would have got a chance under the Mcnally managers, Adams aside. It has to be said that Mcnally left a real legacy behind with the youth structure in place.
