We have bought too many mediocre midfield players and not enough quality in defence and

attack. I mean, it says a lot when Tetty has been our best midfielder this season. Great servant for the club, but he shouldn't be the best performer in a premier league team, given his age.

Loads of potential within the squad, but the balance is not there.
